Our Objectives
Support for the Survivors of the Drina-Srebrenica valley (SSVDS) is an association under the 1901 law, declared on May 15, 1998 in Paris
- Helping survivors in the camps in Bosnia and Herzegovina: in the short term with first aid (food, medicine, health) and in the medium term with development aid (agriculture, livestock, crafts)
- Enforcing the clauses of the Dayton Accords regarding the return of displaced people to their homes, and those regarding the arrest of criminals
- Search for possible survivors in Serbian prisons
- Exhume, identify the bodies and give them a burial
- Uncovering the truth about the crimes committed in Srebrenica and throughout the Drina Valley
Our Activites
The association was created in May 1998
We participate fully in the international network “International Justice – Srebrenica” with the aim of coordinating humanitarian, legal, political, and information actions on the situation of survivors.
Service Mission and Humanitarian Aid
Trips are regularly organized in order not only to identify needs and beneficiaries but also to deliver emergency aid to the 40 or so camps of 140,000 to 180,000 refugees located in the Tuzla region.
Raise Awareness and Events
We participate in numerous events, speeches at conferences, organization of exhibitions, and information meetings, making it possible to raise awareness of the situation of refugee populations.
